• Customers must arrive at the marina at the scheduled time unless the company confirms a cancellation in writing.
• The licensed captain decides if it is safe to depart (unsafe = lightning, strong winds or a Small Craft Advisory).
• If conditions are questionable, we will wait up to 20 minutes after the start time for the weather to improve.
• If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
• If the captain determines it is safe and the customer decides not to go, it will be treated as a no-show.
• The person who presented their ID at the reservation must necessarily go on the trip, if they do not show up, the trip will not take place.
• Service Start Time: Service duration is counted from the reserved time slot, not the customer's arrival time.
• Delay Policy: The boat captain will assess whether waiting is feasible without disrupting operations. The decision is at the captain's sole discretion.
• No-Show Consequence: Significant delays may be treated as a "no-show", resulting in trip cancellation without refund—especially if the delay impacts duration, safety, or logistics.
• Key Recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid issues.
• The captain selection process, contract signing, and Boating Safety ID (if required) must be completed online before the trip.
